1. What is the capacity of the ‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’

We have 2 machines based on the weight, one with 30gms (MPM30) & another with 50gms (MPM50). This means we can manufacture plastic components of up to 30gms in MPM30 and plastic components of up to 50gms in MPM50. Please note that these numbers are approximate and may vary depending upon the complexity of the mould design, quality of raw material etc.

2. What components we can make with ‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’?

We can manufacture a wide variety of plastic components and parts ranging from Industrial parts, domestic parts, Toys, and Engineering components etc., Our machines are also the perfect solution for manufacturing Data Cables, 2 Pin and 3 pin & 2pin power cables etc., Essentially, we can manufacture any LDPE / HDPE plastic part in the range of 30 & 50 gms weight range.

3. How many products we can products we can make in 1 Hour?

The rate of production depends upon the type of Mould design, Raw Material and the Operator etc.,However, to give an idea, we can make 100 – 150 plastic parts on average. Our machine productivity is higher compared to other comparable Plastic Moulding Machines available in the market.

4. Can I use Recycled plastic with your ‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’?

Yes, one can use recycled plastic too, however, please note, that the quality of the product depends upon the quality of raw material too. So, the superior material, superior will be the product quality.

5. Can I try my own Mould and raw material on your machine, before purchasing?

You are welcome to try your products (moulds & raw materials) on our machines before purchase. We encourage your satisfaction before you invest and be part of our community of satisfied customers. What is the price of your machine, ‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’? Our machines are priced at Rs.64000/- for MPM30 & Rs.115000/- for MPM50. Applicable taxes and transport costs are extra as applicable. However, prices are subject to change with time, so please check with us before placing the order.

6. What is the delivery time?

Generally, we have ready stock of MPM30. We can ship the machine in 1-2 days after the receipt of full payment and PO. If you want to come and collect the machine, we can offer instant delivery. MPM50 is manufactured against order and will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Delivery time depends upon the transport facilities and may vary from location distance.

7. What is the power consumption of ‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’?

MPM30 consumes approximately 650W of electricity and MPM50 consumes around 900W of electricity. However, all technical specifications are available on the product Brochure and our website. Please note, that all technical specifications and ratings are subject to change without prior notice.

8. What about the Spares?

We support our customers with all spare parts, raw materials and other machine components and essential accessories to our customers. You may order any desired component or spare part from us and we shall courier it on the same day of payment receipt.

9. We already have Hand-Moulding machines, can you modify these to automatic?

No, we do not do that. We manufacture ‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’

10. What are the advantages of ‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’ compared to conventional Manual, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Moulding Machines?

‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’ is way superior to all the conventional Plastic Moulding Machines in several ways. Just to begin with, our Machines are much smaller in size so, consume much less space, require much less electricity, work on even an Inverter, have a smaller footprint (space and do not depend upon the Skilled Operator. If you compare, Hydraulic and Pneumatic machines require much larger space, require a 3-phase power supply, consume high electricity thereby generating high power bills, require a trained operator, and more importantly require costly and regular maintenance. ‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’ provides much higher productivity with much less capital investment, much less space, less maintenance and thereby resulting in much higher profits & ROI.

11. What are the warranty terms?

Our machine comes with 1 1-year warranty on the frame and a 6-month warranty on Electrical* parts against all manufacturing defects.
Heating Element, Electrical Switches etc., are considered consumables and do not come under warranty.
Carry-In Warranty on all electrical accessories. The customer may send a defective component and the company shall exchange it with a working one.

12. What about the after-sales support?

We are here to support you in all essential pre & post-sales service requirements. Our Machines can be easily maintained, serviced and repaired by any experienced local mechanic. We can guide him and the customer to take care of the requirement via Call / Video call for quick repair.

13. What about the Training? Is there any formal training required to operate ‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’?

‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’ is a simple-to-use, easy-to-operate machine, which can be learnt in a few hours. However, a few days of practice will make the operator more efficient with the operation and maintenance.

14. Do you have any exchange offers? We want to give our old machines and get ‘Magnum Plastic Moulder’?

No, we do not have an exchange, modify or replace offer.

15. How about the raw materials and mould? Can you supply these too along with the machine?
